Returns, refunds & cancellations

Because most Paper OS products are digital downloads or made-to-order printed notebooks, refund eligibility depends on the product format.

Ready-made digital PDFs

Digital PDFs are delivered electronically and can't be returned — purchases are final once the download link has been delivered. If you have trouble downloading, opening, or printing your file, email us and we'll help troubleshoot or resend access.

Custom OS digital files

Custom OS files are personalized products created from your submitted design, so they can't be returned once generated. If there's a technical issue with your file, or it doesn't match the design you submitted, contact us with your order number and access code and we'll review it.

Printed notebooks

Printed notebooks are made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind, accidental orders, or design choices you submitted.

If your notebook arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we'll offer a replacement or refund. Issues we can review include:

• Damaged binding or pages
• Major print defects
• A notebook that doesn't match the ordered product
• A Custom OS print that doesn't match the submitted design

Cancellations

Email hello@paperos.xyz as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but cancellation isn't guaranteed once a digital product has been delivered, a Custom OS design has been submitted, or a printed notebook has entered production.
