Digital downloads: when and how they arrive

Ready-made digital PDFs

Your download is delivered by email after payment is confirmed. The email contains a secure download link. You can print the file at home or use it on a tablet with any PDF annotation app.

Custom OS digital files

Custom OS isn't an instant download, because you design the notebook after purchase. Once you submit your completed design in the builder, we generate your custom file and email you access to it within 24 business hours. If your order also includes a printed notebook, you still get the digital file on the same timeline.

Didn't receive your download email?

1. Check your spam and promotions folders — that's where it hides most often.
2. Make sure you're checking the email address you used at checkout.
3. Still nothing? Email hello@paperos.xyz with your order number and we'll resend access.

Trouble opening or printing the file?

Email us with your order number and a description of the issue (and the device/app you're using). We'll help troubleshoot or reissue the file when appropriate.
