When will my order arrive? Shipping & delivery

Delivery timing depends on which format you purchased.

Printed notebooks

Every printed Paper OS notebook is made to order — printed and bound after you place your order.

• Production: usually 2–4 business days
• Shipping: usually 3–7 business days after production, depending on destination and carrier
• Tracking: emailed to you when the order ships (when tracking is available)

Printed Custom OS notebooks begin production after you submit your completed design in the builder.

Digital products

Ready-made PDFs arrive by email shortly after payment is confirmed. Custom OS digital files arrive within 24 business hours after you submit your design — see the "Digital downloads" article in this collection for details.

International orders

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Any duties, import taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient where they apply.

Entered the wrong address?

Because notebooks are made to order, production can begin soon after purchase. Email hello@paperos.xyz as quickly as possible with your order number and the corrected address, and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
